Accounts

All Orders U N L E S S you have an "Account" with SCV, require a 50% Deposit with order and the balance payable upon completion of the work, prior to delivery.

Accounts are established by filling in a Credit Application Form, which is duly checked and either accepted or rejected on the strength of information provided. All applications receive a written response and this may take up to 10 days to finalise. Completion of the Credit Application form should not be viewed as automatic credit acceptance. Credit Accounts are primarily for customers whose orders are over $ 20,000.00. Other Accounts may be established for Customers whose annual purchases exceed $ 20,000.00. All Credit Accounts become due and payable according to the terms offered by Southern Cross Visual, and accepted by the client, which are either 7 or 30 Days payment after order activation. This is defined as a customer purchase order together with final "print ready" Artwork. This ensures continuity of supply to everyone and reliable cashflow for the industry.

All Outstanding Accounts receive three reminder requests for payment and they are automatically placed on hold until the account is brought up to date. Accounts not settled 45 days from date of invoice are subject to legal recovery, together with all associated costs. Accounts who breach Trading terms three times are considered a bad credit risk and the account will be cancelled, and Baycorp Advantage notified.

Commencement

All orders process into our system within 1 hour from receipt of your purchase order, final artwork, delivery details & deposit if required. Alterations to orders commenced will incur a $100.00 fee. Cancellation of orders incurs costs completed up until that moment. Clients will be advised promptly of total costs at the time of cancellation.

GST & Quotation's Validity

All quotations are plus GST unless otherwise stated and are valid for a total of 30 days.

Finishings & Delivery

** Delivery of Stock items 1 - 3 days.
** Made To order 10 - 14 working days ( 2 weeks ).
** High season (August > January) 14 - 21 working days ( 3 weeks ).

Digital, Screen or sewn goods

Sewing, hemming, pockets, cords, rods, tabs, etc., are general requirements on most articles. Designers and designs need to contain provision for those elements, as they require extra bleeds, boarders, crop marks, etc. Imaged articles when folded to make a pocket may clash with a differing colour on the opposite side. All fabric shrinks up to 5% during manufacture and should be calculated as part of your overall design. Variations to your order, may change the cost & delivery time. DELIVERY is additional, unless stated otherwise, and although we exercise all reasonable care arranging shipping, costs incurred are invoiced accordingly. You may at any time arrange your own delivery.

Promotional Products

Due to the nature of this industry, numbers, colours and styles vary greatly. Designs need to be for the final placement of the image, which effects the look of the article. Variations to your order, may change the cost & delivery time. Delivery is additional, unless stated otherwise on your quotes, and although we exercise all reasonable care arranging shipping, costs incurred are invoiced to the client accordingly. You may at any time arrange your own delivery. DELIVERY will depend on volume.
