Graphics for the application to any of the products are to be printed from Film work or digital images provided by the client. The client accepts the responsibility for the digital image, its correctness in size, shape and acknowledges the image will be printed exactly as supplied. In the instance where a file requires confirmation or approval before printing, the client will be sent a data sheet for final approval. It becomes the responsibility of the client to check everything, prior to signing.

Screen-printed artwork requires the files to be EPS only, spot colours, with type converted to outlines. Vectoring/Digitising - some Artwork requires scanning & vectoring to convert it to a digital EPS file format.

Rates in accordance with industry standards are from $100 per hour, minimum of 1 hour average of 2. Understandably, this may add time to the overall production.

Preferred Electronic Media Files

Photoshop files to be in CMYK, created from high resolution good quality scans.

Illustrator files in EPS file format, (true EPS, no Bitmaps or other images dropped in saved). Quark Express files, please supply a hard copy of the image on paper, also supply fonts converted to outlines and all the pictures, saved as the EPS file.

Digital implies graphic perfection – Images supplied on disc are deemed to be perfect and ready to print. The images have been graphically altered and saved to disc, supplied without exception, as being complete and requiring no alteration in any way.

PC or MAC files may be supplied, however, MAC files must have the fonts converted to outlines, otherwise they convert to fonts on the PC as we rip the image.

PMS & Pantone colour matching may vary 5% in printing.

Artwork may have been supplied at reduced scales (10%) and is always corrected to full size.

Artwork provided shows the actual visible graphics. If the hemming and sewing requires additional material to be printed so as to render the graphic exact on the material/article, then this is an allowance to be catered for in the manufacturing process. This may also include additional bleeds or boarders to be considered.

Digitising: Converting images provided to a digital image, or scanning from coloured transparencies or bromides and converting to a digital image ready for printing, $100.00 per design.

Setup: Open and check the digital image provided by your firm on zip, CD ROM, etc. Check it is in fact digital and calibrate the printer accordingly for that design. "RIP" the image and provide an A 4 size sample in full colour for visual approval. $100.00 per design.
